"The Sky of Russia"
|
Founded in 1942 at the beginning of World War II, the "The Sky of Russia" Ensemble maintains the best artistic traditions of the Russian Army companies.
The group consists of about 100 people, which includes the choir, dancers, orchestra and administrative staff. For this tour there are 35 members, of whom seven are singers, twelve dancers, six orchestra members, one conductor and two persons serving on the administrative team.
Over the years the company has developed a unique artistic identity. Today one can enjoy some of the best examples of Russian and foreign classics, scenes from musicals and popular musical comedies, ancient folksongs and traditional folk-dances from the various regions of Russia as well as the surrounding countries.
